Concept design · Language school site with a server-marked placement test and seat-limited batches
Boli Language
Boli (बोली) means speech. This imagined institute in Putalisadak teaches Japanese for JLPT and the SSW work visa, and Korean for EPS-TOPIK and university. The design borrows from both: manuscript-paper grids, a vermilion hanko stamp with बो inside it, Mincho headings with Hangul and kana, and one switch that turns the whole site from Japanese red to Korean blue.
The home page teaches your first six characters on flip cards. The placement test asks ten real questions, from hiragana and Hangul to grammar, one at a time with keyboard shortcuts, then sends the answers to the server, which marks them with a key the browser never sees and returns a score ring, a level and the course that fits.
Courses run in batches that start on the 1st and 15th, in morning and evening shifts, with twenty numbered seats each. Enrolling gives you a roll number. Above beginner level, the server asks for a placement result from the same phone, in the same language and high enough for the course, so every classroom is at the same level. Full batches are refused and shown as full.
