Chhana Homes
Chhana (छाना) means roof. It is an imagined property agency for Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur, built around the questions buyers in Nepal actually ask: how much land is that in aana, what will the bank loan cost each month, and can I see it from abroad?
Fourteen sample listings can be filtered by buy or rent, type, area, price, bedrooms and land size, on a grid or on a hand-drawn map of the valley. Visitors save homes, compare up to three side by side, and open each property with a photo gallery and its own loan estimate. A tools page has a home-loan EMI calculator with a payoff chart, an affordability check, a ropani, aana and bigha converter, and a buying-cost estimate.
Unlike a static demo, site visits and valuations are saved to a real database. The server checks every field, stops two people booking the same property at the same time, blocks bots and repeat spam, and gives each visitor a code to check their booking. The owner manages everything from a password-protected admin page.
