Seto Laundry

Seto (सेतो) means white, as in shirts that stay white. This imagined laundry service collects from homes across the valley. The site is fresh and light: aqua and white with soap-bubble circles, a friendly rounded type and a bag-tag motif.

Customers fill a laundry bag online: wash & fold by the kilo (starting at the 3 kg minimum), ironing, dry cleaning and home items by the piece. A drawn bag fills up as they add things, the total updates live, express is 1.5× but switches off for dry cleaning, and pickup is free over Rs 800.

Each two-hour pickup window has three riders, so the server refuses a fourth booking, and it re-prices every bag and enforces the minimum order. Customers follow their bag tag from Booked to Picked up, Cleaning, On the way and Delivered, and a Stain SOS guide gives first aid for chiya, haldi, achar oil and sindoor.
