Ujyalo Labs

Ujyalo (उज्यालो) means light. This imagined diagnostic lab in Kupondole sends trained collectors to homes across the Kathmandu valley from 6:30 in the morning, so patients can fast in their own beds. The website is clean and clinical: white space, electric blue and mint, and numbers you can trust at a glance.

A catalogue of sixteen tests and six packages shows prices, report times and fasting rules, and a cart works out the total, never charging twice for a test already inside a package. Home collection is booked by area and a 30-minute window, and the server assigns one of two collectors and refuses a full window.

Patients track the sample from Booked to Collected, In the lab and Report ready. When the lab marks it ready, a printable report opens with results, units, reference ranges and high/low flags. It is clearly labelled as made-up sample data for the demo.
